The Brinejacks, led by the cunning and charismatic Captain James Tiberius Bartholomew, are a loyal crew of pirates, cutthroats and dockworkers looking for notoriety in the port of Turtleback Cove. Their strong-arm tactics and flair for theatrics have brought the attention of the Daughters of Syrul ...and not in a good way.
History

[edit | edit source]Mem and women who have pledged their service to Captain Bartholomew in return for hard work, meager wages and protection from their enemies. They are trained in the cutlass and dagger, though they prefer a good fist fight at the local tavern. When needed, they conscript new members from the local population and sailors from other ships in port.

[edit | edit source]- Captain—appointed leader of the pirates.
- First Mate—The Captain's right-hand person and responsible for running the ship by managing the crew, keeping order, and making sure the captain’s commands are carried out.
- Boson (or Boatswain)—Primary responsibility is to make sure the sails, ropes, anchors, and other gear are in good working order. They also supervise deckhands and help organize daily tasks to keep the ship running smoothly.

[edit | edit source]The Brinejacks organization was first used in the premier adventures of the Lordship of the Isles region by GameConclave at QuestCon in Orlando (September 19 - September 21, 2025).[1]
