Devastus

Devastus is a small demiplane created by the Suel lich Orlysse using his imperfect understanding of ancient Torhoon magic. It consists of a central arena in a ruined wasteland of black obelisks, titanic skeletons, and deep fissures where the demiplane slowly crumbles into the Ethereal Plane.
