Flight of Fiends
The Flight of Fiends refers to the expulsion of all manner of fiends from the Material Plane, specifically in the Flanaess, including demons and devils.
In Coldeven 586 CY, Canon Hazen of Veluna, perhaps the most powerful religious figure in all the Flanaess, employs the Crook of Rao, a powerful artifact, in a special ceremony which purges Eastern Oerik of nearly all of the fiends inhabiting it. Outsiders summoned by Iuz, Ivid, or independent evils fall victim to this magical assault and Hazen is seen as a hero. Vast tracts of land, previously uninhabitable due to demonic infestation, stand ready for repopulation.
