The Imianme Hills are a series of hills in southern Hepmonaland.[1]
Description
[edit | edit source]"These broad, tapering hills arc covered in reddish claylike earth, although a white chalklike stone lies under the topsoil. Huge strips of topsoil have been removed to expose the rock underneath, and if viewed from a distance of a league or more these lines of white almost seem to form words or symbols in an unknown language. "[1]

The Imianme Hills are in southern Hepmonaland.
- Anmo River—flows out of the hills. Does not have runoff from mining, because Kundaxa works to prevent it.[2]
- Kumo River—the Anmo River flows into the Kumo in a juncture at Kundaxa; like the Anmo it is free of mining pollution

Ecology

[edit | edit source]In addition to the normal trees of the jungle, dangerous or carnivorous plants are common.
Fauna
[edit | edit source]"The Imianme are populated by many polymorphic beasts such chimera, perytons, dragonnes and manticores,[3] as well as tropical-adapted owlbears displacer beasts, and pegasi; it is rumored that magic causes these creatures to be born of normal animals or that some sort of enchantment encourages interspecies mating."[1]
The Imianme Hills have an abundance of dangerous animals. There are many snakes, including constrictors, as well as spitting and venomous snakes.[3] The Imianme also have a prevelence of bats in the area.[3]
Insects are common, both normal and giant, especially ants, bees, beetles, horseflies, and spiders;[4] as are a variety of giant lizards.[3]
