The Nordan Villages are a series of three garrisons-turned-villages—High Nordan, Middle Nordan, and Lower Nordan—each with about 1,200 people in 585 CY. Though they are small settlements, they are significant because they allow trade to flow to Winetha without passing through Rinloru[1] by having available byroads connecting larger trade roads southeast and southwest of Rinloru.[2]
Middle Nordan and Lower Nordan are under the control of Delglath of Rinloru in 585 CY, while High Nordan is technically over the provincial border west of Rinloru in the Principality of Delaric, in the domain of House Naelax.
Middle and Lower Nordan are held with priests of Nerull (followers of Delglath), as well as undead forces, though they don't suffer from the mass executions and reanimation practiced in the capital. High Nordan, meanwhile is heavily garrisoned because of that.
