Lewenn Richfield[2] is the royal count of the County of Ulek.
Description
[edit | edit source]Lewen is a human[2] Archdruid who worships Berei.
History
[edit | edit source]In 591 CY, "Count Lewenn was recently demoted in the Old Faith druidic hierarchy."[3]
Living Greyhawk Journal #3 mentions an incident involving the "disappearance of three caravans bound for the Celenese capital".[4] The trade wagons vanished without any sign, leaving no tracks or trace behind.

"What might have been a case of banditry may yet become an international fiasco—the second caravan to vanish contained, unknown to all but a few trusted individuals, the Starlight Loom, a cherished olven artifact lent to Count Lewenn by the Prince Consort of Celene prior to the Greyhawk Wars."[4]
Publishing history
[edit | edit source]In the original 1980 World of Greyhawk Fantasy World Setting (folio),[5] the Count goes without a given name. Then, in the 1983 WoG Boxed set, he's given the first name "Lewen".[6] He goes without a surname in later works, including the LGG, until the Dungeon Master's Guide (2024) where he's given the surname "Richfield".[2]
