Tharndon is a Prince of House Torquann who is in charge of Luvern as of 585 CY. Although he is ostensibly loyal and obeys every dictate from Grace Grenell he is unhappy with the position and is plotting to flee the city after the next harvest, and to that end, he has been taxing the populace excessively, which makes him heavily resented by the population.[1].
