Morrkend is a well known enchanter who runs a small, deceptively unassuming shop in Eastfair.[1] He is, however, one of the most skilled enchanters in the region if not on Oerth, having made Prince Elkerst's signature longsword,[1] and numerous powerful items for Baron-General Shalaster.[2] He often accepts payment in rare and powerful components such as dragon's blood.[1]
Description

[edit | edit source]Morrkend is an older man, at 71. He is 5'5", has watery grey eyes, and is almost completely bald. [3]
Personality
[edit | edit source]Morrkend, remains as neutral as possible. He presents Grenell with a tithe of one powerful but basic magical weapon per year, and otherwise sells to whoever pays the best.[1]
Possessions
[edit | edit source]While most of his enchanting is done on commission or for sale, Morrkend does keep protective magical items on his person, such as bracers of defense, and rings of protection and free action..[3].
He is also known to keep exceptionally detailed maps of the locations of magical beasts in the Southern Rakers and Blemu Hills.[1].
